""If I could give Brian more stars, I’d probably break the rating system. 🌟 I came into this knowing as much about insurance as I do about quantum physics (which is to say, nothing). But Brian? He’s basically the insurance whisperer. He explained everything with the patience of a saint and somehow made terms like 'deductible' and 'premium' make sense—without making me feel like a lost child in a financial jungle. Not only did he get me the best rate for homeowners and auto insurance, but we even threw in a term life policy for good measure. And the best part? He actually *cares*. We talked about personal experiences, which made the whole process way less intimidating and way more like chatting with a knowledgeable friend. So, Brian, if you're reading this—thank you for your dedication, hard work, and for not laughing at my total lack of insurance knowledge. 10/10 would recommend!""

"I have been with Todd Shambo State Farm forever. I have home owners, cars, camper and a business insured for 30 years. I have never made a claim due to my negligence. The time comes for them to pay and it was a night mare. Lightening hit a tree and sent a power surge through everything electrical on the back side of house. Called and they give me the number to the insurance adjuster. Chuck- he has the Worst worth ethics ever. NEVER CALLED AND NEVER RETURNS CALLS. I call the agency, I will say they were always nice and tried to accommodate. It was the hottest part of summer. Air conditioning unit is out. Along with dishwasher, washer, dryer, hot tub and one light fixture. Chuck tells me to get estimates. You have to pay for those now, so I get an estimate on everything. Four different companies. It’s takes a while and finally I send him everything. After that!!!! Then he sends his own guy out. He calls and says my air condition unit was out due to age,wear and tear. Even though it all goes out at the same exact time. The air miraculously goes out!!! The furnace in the hall way is the original. It’s 40 years old and going strong. The outside air conditioner was about 17 years old. It was keeping my house nice and cool before that day. In the meantime I am blowing fans in the heat of the summer, calling Chuck with no return calls! I pay insurance to insure my belongings are taken care of. Just because they are not new doesn’t mean that they shouldn't pay for it. Chuck said I had to prove my air was hit by surge and not out because of age. If I would have put my washer and dryer in Todd Shambo’s laundry room, a service person wouldn’t be able to tell it was out from a power surge. There were no burned marks on anything. No way to prove it beside the tree blown in half laying in the yard. I never write reviews but I feel like this was wrong. I’m all for them making a lot money but this was unjustified to not cover air. Also, it was about $6,700! So it’s not like I was drunk and wrecked a Maserati that they need to pay for. Act of God- Lightening- out of my control. Now no air because their opinion is it randomly broke at the same exact time. I will be finding a new company when I have time to search. Thank goodness it’s just my house and car covered now. Everything I own is old, I’m older and don’t need all new things. Especially when mine are working fine, but you believe I still have to pay insurance. So, I don’t feel secure with them having the opinion that they don't need to cover items that are older."

"My house and all my vehicles have been insured through Todd Shambo's State Farm agency for over 20 years. Every time I need to make a claim or have a policy question, the agents provide me with the necessary solutions and information.
