Job Title Sales Development Representative
Job Description We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and generating leads to support our sales goals.
Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads or lists
  • Introduce and present our products/services effectively
  • Identify potential customer needs and qualify leads
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system
  • Follow up with interested prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Achieve or exceed daily and weekly call and lead generation targets
  • Handle objections professionally and provide relevant information to prospects
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
